Having arrived early on the whim of the M.E.N. in hope of queues for tickets (that didn’t happen), I took the opportunity to have a brilliant back massage from the lovely Jas Rai from ‘Hands On’, who is looking after the aches and pains of the photographers and journos

Not much chance of play just yet!
Merve the Swerve took exception (quite rightly too) to me taking his photograph without asking!
However later on meeting in the stand he was charm itself and let me take another. I guess it pays to be polite.

I have just been prompted to retune my TV.
We can now get Film 4.
Having missed all our best bits, I managed to get all our bad bits!
Had to spend all morning wandering the surrounds of Old Trafford, so only Fans etc.
Action to come hopefully, but not surprisingly missed all the wickets up to now!
